Make sure to say hello in the breakfast area to Giuseppe who’ll give you excellent restaurant advice. Our only complaint was that the television service was limited to a few Dutch channels."

"We booked this hotel primarily because of the location. It is literally across the street from the cruise ship terminal where our Holland America ship docked. We got off the ship at about 9:30am, and our room we had booked for that evening was already available!! Check-in was seamless and the staff were excellent. The rooms were very clean with almost every amenity. The only exception was there was no washcloths (I think this may be a European thing, as we have experienced this in the past in our travels). The location is right next to a fantastic food hall that has many excellent offerings - but it doesn’t open until Noon. "
