There is beautiful stone flooring throughout the entire house with 3 ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a centrally located full guest bathroom, plus another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins total). The downstairs family room has a full and a queen sleeper sofa and is right off the pool for easy hangout and indoor/outdoor living. There is an option to pay a $100 flat rate to have the pool heated during your staty (please message us if you would like to add this feature). Upstairs welcomes you into the open concept spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas designed to include everyone! Whether watching the game on the flat screen tv or playing games, it's set up for everyone to enjoy! Dine in or on the balcony alfresco style or take a dip in your private pool off the lanai. This gated community comes with access to a large oceanfront heated pool, a heated pool with a beach entry for kids and families, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, fitness center, jacuzzi, business center and walking and jogging trails.
