We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, with every amenity. The hotel is Ideally located centrally in bordeaux with a very short walk to major attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again without hesitation

The rooms are quite nice, especially the quality of the furnishings. There are several room types, including a townhouse style room. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.
The downside is the restaurant in the bar. Poor selection of food and not well prepared; very slow service.
They are closing for renovation in January; Possibly the restaurant will change? There is also a high end restaurant on the property but they were booked when we were there.

Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel.

Our room was spotless, well-equipped and supremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. There is very little you would walk to from here, but if you have a car this is an excellent stop.

Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Brit Hotel. Sabine was very helpful and friendly. Delicious fresh croissants for breakfast were great. The swimming pool in the garden was a welcome addition and we enjoyed it when the weather was on our side!
