Overall this was a very nice stay. Our room was spacious and very quaint with a nice little balcony. The hotel gave us a free bus pass for our stay. We were able to ride the bus to Salzburg and back without any problems. The breakfast buffet was good. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived.

The location was fantastic for Christmas markets. The check in lady was extraordinarily friendly and kind. The only issues we experienced were the tiny doorways and tight everything. Watch your head, I nailed mine several times at 6’3” tall. The building is a trillion years old, so you can’t have it all. The door to our room 20 never shut automatically which provided unnecessary stress of “is my room locked?” The bed had a massive hill type lump in between where two people sleep, preventing any comfortable cuddling. Otherwise a good experience. Tiny elevator! Salzburg is a must visit.

Great experience from the moment i checked in. Staff were very welcoming and explained the attractions surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is literally walking distance to key tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and beautiful sceneries all around. The room arranged for us (i believe it was upgraded) is spacious, clean, comfortable and amenties are comprehensive. Rooftop bar is great too !
Highly recommend this hotel !

Boris and Yesica were amazing staff. whether related to food, drink, assistance with the shuttle bus for skiing, they were so so helpful. both deserve our gratitude. they made our stay excellent. a really pleasant enjoyable palce. we're going back again.
