“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. There are two restaurants here, the one on the second floor requires……

“The property is lovely and the town of Mancos was awesome. We stayed in one of the upstairs hostel-style rooms and all of the common areas were spotless and welcoming. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. We only had time for a one day trip out here, but already plan to return for a longer stay. ”

“We were under the impression that breakfast was to be served - when we asked about the details the hostess looked at us with surpise - Breakfast ? The "Ranch" is placed quite a bit out of town - Mancos is a sweet town, we wanted to be within walking distance to the restaurant, cidery, brewery, galleries, taco trucks and coffee spots. Ended up staying at the Mesa Verde Motel - great spot, super owners, great story, right in the middle of it all. The MVM is currently developing a small cafe……

“JOY, who received our reservation was wonderful. She really worked hard to get our room ready and even called to see when we would be arriving. This is an old property that is family owned, they really appreciated our business. Everything worked as expected during our short visit. ”
