The front desk associate Doug is always an amazing person with warm welcomes and greets us. Everytime I stay in Durango I stay here. Doug is always helpful and the breakfast biscuits and gravy are legendary with the coffee!!!

We had a great stay at the Chalet for the new year's. Torin is very quick in responding to any of my queries, and informed us well about the property. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay . Would love to come again in summers.

Self check in was easy and there was Someone that greeted us to let us know to call if we needed anything. The couch was cozy with a nice throw blanket and I loved the little gas fireplace.
