Arrived and the attendant said baggage had to be carried downstairs to get at room. No one to help. No wash cloths available for all 4 days, no on site ice machine working, ac had mold in it, I asked for new bedding because it was dirty when I arrived and he said they didn’t have any, breakfast was supposed to be 5-8 and consisted of one open back of little Debbie donuts spread across service bin, no coffee or anything else. The lady at desk said if I’d like something else Caseys was open early. Lastly toilet paper ran out and desk advised there was a dollar general around the corner. I will never stay at a super 8 again!

It was very clean, well maintained. The staff were very nice, polite and professional. The air conditioning was wonderful. Great breakfast options.

The room I was assigned was in what I guess a pet friendly floor(4th) As soon as the elevetor doors open I was hit in the face with the most potent and unavoidable cat urine/feces smell possible. I thought it was just that so I proceded to my room hoping it will be better. Welp, the smell was apparently coming from the AC or my room was used as a litter box. There is no way around that and I won't ever be back.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable too.
