The perfect hotel for an overnight stay in beautiful Morro Bay! Rooms are small but renovated nicely, everything is clean and well kept. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to downtown and local restaurants and bars. Directly across the street is a fantastic local spot for an early morning breakfast before you start your day.
The only downside is how thin the walls are, with this being an old hotel that has been renovated. Easy to hear conversations coming from the room next door.
We have stayed multiple times, I would recommend asking for an upstairs room!

We really enjoyed our stay it was quite peaceful and clean! Staff was really kind and helpful as well! I also really liked that it was close to many areas to eat. The only downside is the coffee shop getting remodeled which I was hoping for it were to be open
