Yes the check in process is pretty seamless, although expedia (and affiliates) do not provide your email address to us. They let us message you, however it is always a scrambled combination of letters and numbers @expediapartnercentral.com. Many conversations with their team has produced no solution. We usually just reach out in advance to say hello and get a real email address, and send direct through our channel manager instead of corresponding through a robotic system, but it doesn't always pan out. Thank you for your patience. We hope to see you again someday soon!
