"THANK YOU FOR YOUR UPGRADE TO SUNWAY RESORT. WE WERE SURPRISED THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL WATER RM28.00. MOST OF THE HOTEL WE STAYED WATER IS FREE OF CHARGE. THE ROOM WAS NOT PROPERLY VACCUM."

"Very strick with their check in time . Even if room is available they would let you check in before 3 pm Rooms need little renovation. There was no drinking glass in the room, so hand towels"

"The room was comfortable and clean. But the environment on level one is not nice due to the backroom of kitchen, ugly emergency staircase etc. Breakfast food selection was good to me at good price from Expedia."

"This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a good range of shopping and food outlets. We throughly enjoy our 8 days and cannot speak more highly of the hotel, staff and great service."
