If you want to experience authentic local fishing village then head out to this small island not far from Kuala Lumpur. Take the commuter train to Port Klang then hop on to a speed boat at the jetty across the road from the train station. There are many home stay at the island. The best to me is the EKA Fishing Home. Spend a night here and roam around this stilt village.

"We were very happy with our room. It was spotless and very clean! There is a washer in the suite. We were hapoy to be able to clean our clothes before packing for our next destination. The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing. The instructions provided were good only for people driving in.
