“Great service and hotel was well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good location for the metro centre and easy to get to A1 and surrounding areas. Leisure facilities are good- swimming pool and sauna/steam and gym. Sunday was overrun with kids jumping in and couldn’t swim at all. As a parent I’m ok with children using the facilities and having fun, it just should be manned a little better. The only thing that lets down the comfort of the room is the air con, doesn’t really……

“浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。”
