This is a modern minimalist stye hotel. There is no artwork or bells and whistles but you the rooms are clean and spacious. WiFi. T.V. Heat, but no air conditioning. The breakfast is decent. 5 minute walk to the main bus station. 10 minute walk to the Main Street. A good value.

Relaxing hotel with the best views of the Lake. Great to have a fulsome breakfast in a bright, open space. The staff was super helpful and friendly. While the location is out of town, due to the proximity to the lake, the shuttle service helps you get back and forth easily.

We stayed for 3 nights in the "FitzRoy" room with a king size bed, two comfy sofas, in room safe, large bathroom - the best part was the SUPERB view of Lake Argentino. To sit by the window and look out at the end of the day, and in the early morning was so relaxing and beautiful. The staff were very professional and friendly. We ate two dinners at the restaurant onsite and they were both very tasty (the lentil stew was such a comfort food). NOTE: when you stay on the upper floor, their are some stairs at the front (or you have to enter from the back entrance where there are no stairs). The location is on a STEEP HILL, so walking downhill into the city center is no problem, but coming back we used UBER or the hotel shuttle (there is a Fee) which only runs in the evenings (you have to call the hotel on WhatsApp to arrange the shuttle - this process should be made more efficient with set schedules times so that you can plan your day and get back to the hotel.
