"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. Most generally good but blinds don’t work very well and that toilet really does need mending very soon - as a female I was hit in the back by the toilet lid several times!
