Good location. Convenient.
Good location. Convenient nearby, there are supermarkets and restaurants within 3 mins walk. Vatican City is just across the street. The nearest Metro is Ottaviano.

The view of the Vatican was beautiful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very noisy - could not leave window open at night. No basics supplied (soap, shampoo etc). Also there was an extra charge of 25 euros to have linen changed and garbage emptied which was not mentioned before booking.

Honestly the unique thing that is great is the location. All the building and appartments are really old, no confortable and nobody cleans the room until your check out. The price is expensive in compare with the facilities, however the prices pay only the good location. I request 30 minutes for my check out (late check out) only 30 minutes and the lady whos is in charge told me NO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIA HOTEL, YOU CAN FIND MORE OPTIONS.WITJ GOOD LOCATION AS WELL

Great service! Pasquale was very flexible and accommodating. I accidently mixed up my date of arrival and arrived a day early. Pasquale was able to organose transfer and extra night stay hassle free. He also helped with getting us skip the line tickets to vatican at short notice. He he very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation for staying in Rome.

During our month long western European vacation we stayed at 6 other bed and breakfasts and although breakfast was not provided this was by far the BEST! Not only because of its reasonable price and excellent location but also advise and kindness shown by the owner/manager. Many thanks for a wonderful 8 night stay.

La habitación bastante comoda para las 4 personas que estabamos. La ubicacion del hotel miu buena. Pasquale, a cargo del hotel, siempre pendiente a responder nuestras solicitudes. Una persona muy amable y hospitalaria. Lo malo: el baño en un estado bastante deplorable. Tuvimos problemas todos los dias con el WC que se tapaba y la ducha no estaba en buen estado. Se notaba que al baño no se le habia realizado un mantenimiento y una limpieza profunda.

Un posto vicino la stazione metro. Gestore gentile. Per il resto un disastro. Stanza minuscola affittata per quattro persone. Bagno minuscolo senza bidè e con una doccia sufficiente per un neonato. Uno dei peggiori B&B mai visti.

Pasquale was an exceptional host. The apartment condition was good, the cleanliness was on point. This apartment is located on a very walkable area. The only negative would be there was a power outage for a few hours on a super hot day. Thankfully it was restored that same day.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! It’s not clear what you’re getting from their ad. This is someone’s apartment with several bedrooms and guests. THE BATHROOM IS ON THE HALLWAY AND SMELLS LIKE MOLD. We have to pass other rooms to get to the bathroom. We have to pass through scary rundown courtyard and dark unkempt stairwell to get to 3rd floor. There’s no security or front desk. You open your door with your phone and the internet. I expected a Hotel and I got an apartment. I’m not happy. They should advertise it for what it is- as an apartment.

The location was great. It’s just a few minutes walk away from the Vatican. There’s lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby and it’s very near the Metro train station.Quo Vadis staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not enough beds for 5 guests, air conditioning didn’t work (windows have to be open and there’s lots of street noise throughout the night), no breakfast despite being advertised as B&B, basin leaking, shower broken, toilet seat broken, bathroom not clean.

Good morning William as my previous messages and as you knew the bedroom booked was a QUADRUPLE ROOM it means for 4 people. I don't know why you pretended to find 5 beds into a quadruple room. It would have been enough booking another type of room. About air conditioner i'm sorry but ONLY YOU complain about that considering other clients hosted in the same room before and after you. And the shower before your arrival worked as everything in the room. Anyway I think your reviews has been made just because when you arrived in the night didn't find 5 beds. The property has a great location since Vatican City was right behind it but it had the following problems: 1. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait while they cleaned the room which put us off since we had taken a long and early flight and were looking forward to resting 2. The room was unclean after it was ready. The towels provided had strands of hair in it, the blankets were dusty and the cups provided were dirty 3. They did not have basic toiletries provided and the hair dryer did not work. Had steam coming out of it and it stopped. The host was kind enough to replace the hair dryer 4. On our last night there was no hot water. When we called the host to let them know about it, they mentioned that it was not possible and asked us to wait. After that he did not pick our calls up and the water continued to remain cold next day as well. 5. We had to ask them multiple times to clean our room. Despite requesting to clean our room, there was miscommunication between the host and the cleaning person and we had to come back to a dirty room and request again. 6. The elevator is extremely small and we have to always climb up or down the stairs to access the elevator. This is extremely difficult when you are lugging around suitcases. Because of all these reasons we will not be visiting the place again, despite the location. I am sure there are better places to stay around the area.

Amazing location over looking Vatican City. 5 min walk to Saint Peters Square and the metro. Can also walk to most of the main attraction from here- Pantheon and Colosseum. Perfect for a short stay.

La persona que administra el supuesto hotel, ROBA. Realice una reservación que pague por adelantado, al llegar me dijo que ya no podía entrar a mi habitación pagada porque tenia que haber llegado antes de la 1 pm; tenia mi reserva pagada por 3 noches, le dije que entonces me presentaba al otro dia, a lo que dijo que no que el ya tenia reservada esa habitación a otras personas y que ya no podía usarla las siguientes noches. Pedí un reembolso por medio de la pagina, y todavía el señor se atrevió a decir que yo no me presente y por eso perdí la reserva de las demás noches y por consiguiente mi pago. La pagina me dio cero atención y soporte. Definitivamente no se le puede llamar de otra forma que es un robo lo que esta cometiendo esta persona. Y pésima la atención de la pagina al no dar soporte alguno al usuario

Low standard dirty place
Due to late arrival we have been moved to a different place than the one booked originally. This place is a joke, not clean, no hand towel, no coffee or tea, bed sheets dirty, duvet cover had holes from cigarette burns. This place should not be even allowed to be rented as its below minimum standard levels. Communication with host was fast, except the fact that that we were informed last minute that we are staying at another place than the one booked, even so it was mentioned weeks before that our arrival is after the provided hours. Just don't book this place as its very low standards and dirty. STAY AWAY.

Nos encanto la ubicacion, el piso esta a pasos del vaticano y tiene de todo muy cerca, supermercados, restaurantes, transporte...de todo.La habitacion esta bien, es espaciosa y con lugar de guardado. La atencion de Pasquale tambien estuvo muy bien, hemos podido dejar las valijas despues de hacer check out. Lo que resulto chico fue el baño, el espacio para cambiarse es muy reducido y resultsba incomodo. Lo demas bien.

Affittacamera non è un B&B
Unica nota positiva la posizione ottima per tutto. Premetto che si tratta di un viaggio che ho regalato quindi i commenti sono riferiti: camera vecchia con un essenziale e scarso arredamento, pulizia scarsa, colazione assente. La struttura in cui si trovava la camera è vecchia da rifare in tutto, mentre quella dell'altra parte sullo stesso piano, stessa proprietà, pare più nuova e ben messa.. In definitiva si tratta non di un B&B, poiche manca la prima colazione, ma di un affitta camere.

I was disappointed with the Room. We walked into a very small dated room. Very old decor. We found a black scorpion when we arrived. The property manager killed it. The bathroom sink and shower was clogged. I would never stay there again. The manager was nice and helpful.

Warm greeting and information regarding the area freely given. Comfortable, clean room. Convenient to Vatican City. Close to Metro. Private Shuttle service to airport reasonably priced. Overall excellent!

Perto do vaticano, mas não fui bem atendido
Trata-se de um quarto simples com banheiro, ar condicionado, frigobar e ar condicionado. Não teve nenhuma limpeza nos 6 dias de estadia, só houve uma troca de toalhas. É bem próximo ao vaticano e do metrô. Tive os seguintes problemas: 1 - Segundo o hoteis.com eu seria cobrado na chegada, mas fui cobrado um dia antes e minha intenção não era usar o cartão de crédito, mas sim dinheiro. 2 - Faltou luz numa tarde e ficou sem luz até o dia seguinte: Estava um calor insuportável, tivemos que deixar janelas abertas e o barulho dos carros mais os insetos não nos permitiam dormir. Nossos celulares ficaram descarregados e não pudemos fazer fotos no dia seguinte. Pela manhão, não havia água quente. O problema parecia afetar o prédio e não a região. Não recebemos nenhuma oferta de ajuda ou reparação pela noite horrível do Sr. Pasquale, que foi avisado a noite e não apareceu até o dia seguinte às 9 horas, quando já haviamos saído pros passeios. Não há desculpas para isso, nem em país de terceiro mundo é aceitável um prédio ficar mais de 15 horas sem energia elétrica. 3- Marcamos um transfer para o aeroporto às 17 horas e quando deu 16 horas o Sr. Pasquale afirmou por mensagem que estavamos atrasados e que deviamos estar lá pois estava marcado às 16, mas tenho o recibo que diz 17 horas. Enfim, fiquei muito arrependido de ter ficado nesse local, não me senti bem atendido e fui prejudicado por esse problemas.

Buonasera, In risposta: 1- vi è stata addebitato l'intero importo perchè nonostante tutti i mezzi che avevamo per contattarvi non vi siete MAI fatti sentire per cui l'addebito viene fatto in automatico. Se volevate pagare contanti bastava semplicemente comunicarlo. 2- alle ore 8.57 come da messaggistica expedia voi mi comunicavate che non c'era energia elettrica. Io alle 10,12 rispondevo dando ampie spiegazioni e assistenza. Spiacente ma io Pasquale non mi sono mai tirato indietro nè con voi nè con altri. L'assenza dell'energia elettrica come voi sapete e fate finta di non sapere riguardava una intera area della zona del Vaticano causata da un sovraccarico di tensione essendo state giornate molto calde e con l'accensione di molti utilizzatori e arie condizionata il sistema è andato in tilt. Il tutto è stato riparato quanto prima è stato possibile. Spiacente ma io non ho il potere di rimediare a un problema così grosso. Voi forse si al vostro paese. Concludo dicendo che nei paesi del terzo mondo forse è già tanto se trovate l'elettricità. Qui siamo a Roma Caput Mundi. Pasquale

Pasquale was a great host. We felt like family. He answered our questions and more. Check in and check out were both a breeze. Location is amazing. Accessible to everything . Vatican City can be seen from our window. Location is convenient ang great if it is your first time in Rome.
