"Parfait"

"Based on the attractive photos posted in the property listing, I thought I was getting a great off-season deal at a nice golf resort. Upon arrival, however, I immediately realized I had been misled. The property is seriously dilapidated and looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom in the room was the worst. Not only was there a very unpleasant stench of sewer coming from the shower drain, but there was also mold throughout the bathroom, which is clearly a health hazard. The only positive aspects were the spacious room and the free parking. I strongly recommend staying away from this place until it has been fully renovated. In its current condition, it is simply not worth the money."

"Balcony view was awesome"

"Very clean room. Staff very pleasant and professional. Only small minor inconvenience was the fact there was no plug socket on one side of the bed to charge phone or laptop. Pity the restaurant was closed the weekend we were there, however not through any fault of the staff. Overall was good. Otherwise - 2 happy customers."

"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "

"Not sure how this is considered a 4 star property because it is basically a motel. There was effort to present a clean room but unfortunately there was a bug in my bed. Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it. "

"Only stayed for one night. Had three rooms for the family. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend. Wonderful setting"
