Free WiFi advertised does not mean WiFi in your unit. WiFi is available sitting in or in front of the Office or the Recreation room. Ironically, my phone showed the free wifi for the caravan park across the road. Make sure you have adequate internet data of your own if staying at Modra's apartments. Other than this, the apartments themselves were very good and totally equipped for a lengthy stay.

We’ve stayed for 3 nights. This place is very quiet and serene. It’s meant for those who want to be off grid. We had cloudy nights unfortunately, and unable to experience the stars at night. However, the place requires to improve more on cleaning all windows, hood extractors, shelves, under the bed, ceiling fan in the lounge, dead insects caught in cobwebs. Bed linen, mattress protector, pillow cases were worn out. Strongly advise to buy a new set of bed linens, pillow cases and mattress protector. No power points on either side of the bed, even though it’s off grid, we still need to charge smart watches (since there’s no clock around the house) and other electrical gadgets on bedside tables. use), and I hope that I’m not asking for too much for a dress mirror? As the only mirror in the house is in the bathroom. If other guests are not fuss about the cleanliness, it’s a great place for them to stay. Great Room, Clean and great Views. happy friendly staff

A great stay in the 2 bedroom villa. The views were amazing and the villa had everything we needed. The wifi was a bit patchy at times and therefore Netflix would buffer for ages but that was the only issue we had. We would happily stay again.
