“Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé : Nous sommes entrés dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas été faite. Obligés d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de ménage, après s'être battu pour avoir une réponse au téléphone (service client ne répond pas). Différents éléments non fonctionnels (prises et lumière de tête de lit, siège extérieur cassé, fixations des rideaux qui se décrochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...). Pas de mobilier……

La procédure d'arrivée (code d'entrée) a facilité le fait d'arriver à l'heure que l'on voulait. Très jolie déco et lieu parfaitement propre. Literie de qualité même pour le canapé lit. "The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. "
