The Riad in in the Medina but close enough to the main street so it was easy to find it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very decent Staff was very nice and friendly. We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night. We were place at a different riad across the hall/street. We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5

Beautiful inside, nice rooms and staff nice. Breakfast solid too. Only issue is our room was on the bottom floor and near the kitchen (so could hear dishes being washed) and the bathroom seemed to share a window with a families living room. Overall it didn't really affect us but I suspect experience would be better in a room higher up in the building.

Very Cooperative staff, food price and variety could be better.

My only regret is that I can’t give it 6 out of 5! To start with, even before I arrived Ayoub had made contact with me, sorted out where I needed to park and arranged to meet me. If you know anything about Fes then it’s well worth being guided in that first time! The Riad itself is stunning, tucked away around the 7 turns that lead to it, it’s an oasis. A beautiful building with an adjoining ‘sister’ Riad that is also stunning. The staff instantly made you feel welcome and at ease. Ayoub printed a map for us and advised on where to go for exchanges etc. food was wonderful and the room was just amazing. This place is a gem and the highlight of our trip and they’ve obviously employed the most amazing staff to run it. If you are reading this, just click book! You won’t regret it!!!
