“I loved this hotel it was in beautiful surroundings The rooms were lovely unusual shame great amenities everything you could want to give you a lovely stay the tv had some English channels internet was good It was on a hill but they had buggies to take you wherever you wanted to go on the resort I felt like I was in the middle of the jungle with all the animal and bird noise My balcony was really big I had a bit of a fall while I was there the staff were very caring and helpful it is about a……

“The room was spotless, with a big bed and all amenities. Cleaning when requested was also excellent. The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!”

“We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems.……

“Disappointing Experience at Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui I had high expectations for my stay at Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui, but unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I anticipated. Villa Room Issues: The villa I stayed in was surprisingly small, with old-fashioned decor. It also appeared poorly maintained, which took away from the luxurious experience you’d expect from such a high-end resort. Limited Amenities and Poor Housekeeping: The amenities were very limited, and basic items……
