“Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't……

“這裡的海灘非常美，游泳池跟餐廳的景色都正對著海，不管是白天還是傍晚，都很值得坐在懶人椅上悠閒一天，地點很方便，300公尺就有7-11跟全家，有一整條大街跟餐廳，離central festival跟chaweng大街也很近。”

“Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working. Breakfast is okay, coffee selection is good. Pool is dirty and has sediments inside, surprised we didn’t get sick. Gym is actually above standard. Staff is grabbed of the street, tells you lies and wastes your time… Overall, this place leaves you with a bad taste wishing you opted for something else..”

“The room is a bit small but very clean... however, the sound prof is not good at all.. you can hear exactly what the guests in the next room talks or go to toilet ... ppl who are sensitive to sounds may get affected easily. ”

“Staff v friendly and helpful, convenient location and access to a lovely beach with sun loungers. Unfortunately not the cleanest- bathroom had mould and dust up high, got into bed after a shower and there was sand in it so unsure the sheets were clean 😖”
