"I was cycling camping through Norway but hit a patch of terrible weather and found the nearest hotel and that turned out to be the marvelous Grand. Idk but something about this place is so compelling and downright charming. There are so many marvelous details and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel in Scandinavia. "The house itself is large, clean, has a great patio and view on green fields. We got a small room and a bathroom shared with two other rooms and guests. There is nothing walking distance. Uber is not functioning in this area. We made a taxi reservation 12hrs in advance that was cancelled at the last minute. So plan accordingly."
