We had the best time in room 4, the host was super friendly. The room clean, The pool is great it’s not massive but totally perfect for us. Location a short walk from the river and a 10 minute drive to airport. We will definitely come back! 10/10 Great for families and couple, to be honest great for everyone

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Lovely room overlooking St Stephen’s. Sasha was extremely polite and helpful. Roasting hot and it is a boutique hotel so no air con.

Clean and spacious room, nice decor and parking available. One slight downside and something I wouldn’t have expected from a place that calls itself a hotel was the reception desk is only open limited hours. We arrived at 7pm and the building was shut up, instructions were limited and there were 2 other guests in the same position trying to work out how we got our room keys. After a day travelling we wanted to get in our room and go for food and this didn’t feel like the usual welcome you would expect from a hotel. I didn’t feel the time we arrived was late and given there were other arrivals it felt like it would have been sensible to have somebody on site. As a result of this we wanted extra pillows for our room but of course there was nobody about to check we were ok or ask. It’s a shame as the hotel was lovely in other ways and in a great location but this would put me off staying again.
