“The property is a 2 bedroom terraced town house located 1.9km walk from the beach NOT a 4 bedroom duplex .9km from the beach, it is .9km as the crow fly's however there is a hotel complex and a cliff formation directly in line with the sea/property so the only way to the beach is the 1.9km route. The additional sleeping accommodation for any more than 4 guests is in a damp basement that is so poorly ventilated there is black mold growing on the walls.
