The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. "It’s a very nice and quiet place, my only problem after my second day there was no water , I have to buy gallons of water to use the bathroom and I had to take shower at my friend house . I think if they fix that issue, you won’t have any problems with this place ."

"The location of this property is great. Easy walk to Blue Mall, restaurants, grocery store and easy access to nearby points of interest. The sunshade for the balcony glass door is broken and falls out of the brackets if you try to operate it. The bracket for the shower wand is also broken. The bathroom could use a bit more attention. The white furniture is starting to look "worn". Should probably go with different color than white for a rental. "
