“Check in was nice and quick.The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit.
I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained.
They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes)
Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of……
“Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either.”
