“Everything was perfect except having to hunt down staff when we wanted to check out. No one was at reception, no one answered the guesthouse phone when we tried to get someones attention. About 15minutes later we were able to find one of the staff members at the amenities/laundry room. We would recommend the guesthouse but service with regards to having someone at reception needs to be addressed ”

“They confirmed my booking via telephone a day before my arrival day then when I get there I don't have a room, they gave someone else a room. Out of all the reasons they said people booking via Expedia normally don't arrive and end up cancelling hence they gave away a room but their check in is at 14:00, I arrived an hour before the room has been given to someone else who came before me. I didn't sleep at Bon Voyage ”
