“Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. I was required to pay another day.I don't know which part of the problem is wrong? But I know clearly that I booked 10/12 and 10/13 for two……

“I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway.”

“The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. ”
