We were not satisfied because they asked for additional fees that were not listed - Pay to access the beach, per adult. You expect that you booked a place right by the beach and you will enjoy it, and then you realize that you have to pay to get to the beach. - You pay for electricity! - No Wi-Fi provided The place was not properly cleaned, and there were cup stains in multiple areas. The place is big and very conveniently located in the north coast.

We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.

The building was new, and we were its first guests. There were numerous defects, as well as fixtures and finishes that had not been properly installed to ensure guest safety, along with plumbing and electrical issues. Furthermore, the chalet had not been adequately cleaned following the construction and finishing work. I informed the hotel staff, and they promised to address the matter so that future guests would not encounter the same problems.
