The location is perfect, right in the centre on a pedestrian street full of cafés and shops, yet the apartment itself is peaceful and quiet. The air conditioning was a real bonus during 38C days, and everything we needed was provided. Anyone with mobility issues may want to note the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there’s no lift."

"Maria’s place could not have been better. First, Maria is lovely. She and her son met us and showed us around the apartment. She was warm, thoughtful and responsive to requests. She gave us great ideas of what to do while we were in Cuenca. Her place could not be in a better location! Steps away from the Plaza Mayor, it was easy to stop by as we explored different areas.
