We have a very nice stayed there. Very good breakfast options from hot to fruits, very fresh. The staff was very helpful. Transportation services around the area. And a beautiful shopping center, with very nice stores and a supermarket.

This is a very nice hotel, easy to reach and easy to connect from there to the city centre of Cuenca. The staff is really service oriented and customer oriented. and we were amazed about the high quality of breakfast, especially about the variety of food offered.

Nice hotel but located far away from the central and historical areas and sights in Cuenca. There is not much public transportation in this area. It would be okay to stay here if you had a car.

There is a McDonald store next to the hotel and it was a bit dirty in the morning. Nevertheless, at the hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Special kudos to the staff at the breakfast area
