“1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could……

“简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 ”

“The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. Breakfast Included and Conditions for Serving Breakfast”

“Me gustó el hotel le faltan detalles en sus instalaciones como en las habitaciones necesita mantenimiento, Pero la alberca, Restaurante y zona me gustaron porque son muy tranquila y segura!! pero si tengo algo que opinar con respecto a los cargos adicionales que cobran tienes que el personal de recepción ser un poco más informativo a la hora de recibir su huéspedes ya si son bilingüe mucho mejor para los huéspedes latinos!! ”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Check in was courteous. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The fan in our living room was broken, we let housekeeping know and maintenance was there to fix it in under 30 mins. They also adjusted our thermostat for us. It was a very relaxing and much needed mini vacation for us! I would gladly recommend this vacation resort and we will be staying again soon. ”

“Son habitaciones pequeñas pero con buena presentación y me agrada poder tener el carro muy cerca. No subir escaleras o ascensores para mi es mejor asi que me pareció muy accesible.”
