“My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. “Other than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable. The Yarra is 2 Thumbs up ”

“We loved our stay at the Lakehouse! It had everything we needed for our winter ski break, including all the general kitchen utensils and herbs to prep our meals! Regina was a great host - easy to communicate and accommodating. We recommend! ”

“House is very private and set back from the road. It has a unique design. Teens loved the loft. It’s definitely a work in progress but it’s adequate for a small group who just wants to ski and have a place nearby to sleep and eat. ”
