no food available no ice machine no trash cans in the rooms no staff onsite( working remote) reservation was lost

This is an old downtown hotel which is neat area. I like looking at downtown’s in every city I go. The hotel doesn’t seem too busy but works for my event. I might have been the only person there this time. The room was clean but other areas not so much. Have bought light bulbs before because there was only 1 wimpy one in the room.

Great one night stop over location.

I must say this resort was huge. I liked the restaurants connected to the establishment. The river back setting was gorgeous. What I didn't like so much was that the pictures online of the rooms was a bit deceiving. The King size rooms were smaller and the commodes were nearly down on the floor. You had to bend down so low, also the toliet had water pressure issues and did not flush. The indoor pool was closed the entire time,and they had no internet connection, so everything had to be paided by cash.

Hotel is located across from a mini shopping center. Hotel is very clean. Rooms as well!
