The home is centrally located. Just minutes from Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.

Great place for a large family.
We really had a good stay at this house. This is our second time staying here. We love how large the house is for our family and the access to the sound. We had a couple issues and the host was very quick to take care of them. I would definitely recommend this place especially for larger groups.

Awesome Stay
Loved this property. There was no downfall to it. The neighbors were friendly, and the area was nice. The bay behind the house was very nice, and the water was awesome. This place is very well suited for a family vacation. I stayed here for my bachelors trip, and it is dead center of wherever you want to go in the area.

Beautiful Property
Strengths: Deck, gorgeous lot and setting, very spacious house, 6 bedrooms; one of the bedrooms is perfect for children because it has several single beds, convenient to Navarre and Pensacola Beaches. Cons: 3 bedrooms have only double beds, no blankets or extra linens, no bathroom out in communal living area, several chairs and coffee table legs were loose.

Wedding trip
The location and views are wonderful. The house could use some nicer furniture. Everything inside looks worn down. The washer and dryer are apartment sized. All the bathrooms are in a bedroom which i thought was weird. All that being said. I would definitely stay there again. The price was great compared to other's around the area.

Absolutely beautiful
This house is huge! All of us were comfortable & very pleased with this rental. We are considering it again for our trip next fall. The neighborhood is quiet & very safe, the view is outstanding & everyone was very comfortable. Also it was an easy drive to whatever attractions anyone desired. Many thanks to the owner.

Great family vacation spot
While the property wasn't perfect, it was perfect for us. We fished off the dock and swam in the bay. There was plenty of room for our big family. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation
The spacious house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and swimming in the backyard. Great place for families to relax. Evenings we took a short drive to Fort Walton Beach. Would return again. Eddie is a good host.

Waterfront Property for a Relaxing Stay
We had an amazing experience at this property from Check in to Check out. We originally wanted to stay in Destin but found this gem of a property close by. We traveled 7 hours with 6 couples to attend a PWC Event and enjoyed coming to this property at night for peace and tranquility. There was a TV in every room and it was stock with the common necessity. Most importantly, it had an amazing deck for entertainment and access to enjoy the ocean water!

Overall great experience
Loved the roominess. Loved the location and the views. Clean and well stocked. We would have enjoyed if the fishing pier had been accessible as the others were on private property. We could tell the owners are still in the middle of renovating so we definitely understand some unfinished projects. Once renovation is complete, it will even be more awesome. Overall a wonderful stay.
