The room was very clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast didn’t offer many options. It would also be great if the room provided a kettle and tea bags for added convenience.

Overall great value. Although it was a little difficult to get into the room the first time, thanks to the detailed video we were able to figure it out. It is in a prime location; close to everything. The room was pretty clean and the amenities were good. There was no weird smell or anything. The only bad thing was the windows are thin and you can easily hear traffic and talking from outside, so if you are a sensitive sleeper it may be hard to sleep. The staff was very helpful and always replied quickly on WhatsApp. The mini fridge was broken in our room but a staff came quickly within an hour of me messaging them at 11pm so I was very impressed with that.

Room was very dark, lighting insufficient for my partner trying to get ready to go out for the evening and the safe did not work we had to get the staff to lock it with their key. The safe was not even fixed down either. Proximity of the hotel was excellent.

Great location on the Buda side. Convenient to public transportation - both tram and bus. Room was clean and nice with plenty of lights. The room also had a refrigerator. Also had an iron. I also had a very nice view, and could see some of Fisherman’s Bastion.

Apartment was on second floor and although it was a little small it was clean and in a relatively central area. We only had 2 towels for our whole stay, no hand towel or tea towel, so this needs to be improved. Yes there are bins in the bottom stairwell but people live in the apartments so you would expect a bin store, there was no smell from the bins. The fact that we had a 25 minute walk to collect the key to access the property was not acceptable, we were not aware of this when we booked and probably would have chosen an alternative property as this did take extra time when we were only staying for 48 hours and took us out of our way, the lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful at all. Overall apartment was fine for what we needed but having to collect a key 25 minutes away wasn’t acceptable.
