the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.

This was a one night stay downtown. For the price you cant beat it The hotel is under renovation as its changed hands again....the good thing is the renovation looks great but the hotel still has its quirks. Our room had nice comfy beds and a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower...however the sink and mirror are still outside the bathroom and the fan is constantly on! Friendly staff and an early check outweighed any issues!

Great location close to many restaurants and shops.

This used to be a nice hotel in a great location, but unfortunately, its glory days are long over. The hotel is visibly run down, furniture is banged up, walls and doors are chipped, bathrooms are stained and cannot be kept clean anymore from old age, heat/ac is noisy and works on and off, breakfast is terrible… the list goes on. My stay was too uncomfortable to repeat, at least until this property undergoes significant maintenance. I can no longer recommend this hotel.
