I could not find any fault with our stay. As it's a boutique hotel, there isn't any facility and restaurant; that could be the only minus.

Hotel was really nice, friendly staff, breakfast was really good and the lady serving was really nice and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious, some areas look a little tired in the room which could be resolved without too much effort to make the stay that extra bit special. Would definitely go back and try and different room.

Plus is location. Unfortunately they chose to do a construction project directly below our room in the evening while we were trying to sleep and the nose was bad. Our room refrigerator did not work and overall the room and general condition of hotel is a bit worn and tired.

Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely.
The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it.
Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in.
Our stay was very nice.

"Hotel, has limited parking, so once your booked in your there unless you use taxi in to town. Staff are friendly, room is clean. Dinning is limited menu, chicken burger was good. Only fault was, we asked for omelette for breakfast twice and after 25mins we gave up waiting."
