"The AC\heater was rather noisy. The building and rooms are quite old. Really need an influx of money to spruce it up a little. Breakfast was quite meager, cold cereal or waffle."

I am concern about compromised customer information if someone else is about to check in without valid ID linked to initial reservation. "

"Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. There were many asethetic things that were missing the mark. Ie. Stains on carpet, broken furniture, non maintained yard, etc. Overall it was okay for one nights stay but wouldn't want to stay longer. "

"The property is lovely and the town of Mancos was awesome. We stayed in one of the upstairs hostel-style rooms and all of the common areas were spotless and welcoming. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. We only had time for a one day trip out here, but already plan to return for a longer stay. "
