Rustic, comfortable apartment house "Sabbia Alpina", 300 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, renovated in 2023, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Traona, 5 km from the centre of Morbegno, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: large terraced garden, 260 m2 with lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, communal covered parking. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km. Nearby attractions: Fly Emotion (Zipline) 14 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 22 km, Val di Mello 23 km, Sondrio 32 km, Cascate dell'Acquafraggia 34 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 55 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Campodolcino 45 km, Madesimo 52 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 16 km.
