Good place but needs some TLC sliding door in bedroom did not lock or shut so did not feel very safe, only 1 key card for 9 people to enter room 😞 freezer was full of ice could not use it plus drawers were broken, apartment needs re decorating and good clean up on the up side it was in a good position to walk to everywhere

The breakfast was excellent the chef is really impressive I’ve never had such a good full English. The room however was noisy as it faced concert square and the noise blared into the early hours of the morning. Water pressure in the shower was quite bad too.

Wedding noise meant we had to be moved room even though when i checked in i was assured we would not be disturbed by the noise. In reality our room was right over the wedding disco and the noise was awful.

However my room I would say looks very tired, arts ceiling with fluff hanging down from it, “water stains” up the wall, bathroom looking tired. Bed and bedding was absolutely fine and spotless ..."
