Very average Ridiculous parking charges

Excellent hotel, well located for easy motorway access. Spacious modern rooms, comfortable bed, and a good shower. Rooms facing the road do get some road noise, but nothing crazy. Staff all friendly and the food was good. I was also impressed with some of the things the hotel has done to reduce noise in the corridors such as doors that close automatically and quietly (Although that didn't stop some neanderthal guests from slamming). Automatic corridor lights that turn off and therefore you don't get that light bleed through in your room. It doesn't fully solve noise issues created by guests either coming in late or leaving very early which is somewhat out of the hotels control, but they are trying which is appreciated and something other hotels could learn from

I did not have breakfast. Room only. There was a glitch with the Q-Park app’ where the app’ froze after every time I tried paying for the Q-Park Sauchiehall Street. Therefore I parked at the NCP car park close by.

Everything first class in this timeless residence. It has been too long we will be back soon

Here’s a polished, ready-to-post review: Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. Most of all, the service truly stood out: every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.
