“If U like to experience Safari, Palmstone Retreat is the place. The hotel has been open for only 3 months when we were there. The hotel is very beautiful. U can look out into the woods and stream first thing when U wake up in your bed. Rooms are huge. The manager, Cavindi, is by far the most friendly one I have met. The only thing that need to improve is the road that lead from the main road to the hotel. It is very narrow, dark at night, bumpy and steep. It took us 40 mins one single trip……

“最值得称道的地方就是亲近自然。座落在风景优美的茶山上，客房被茶田环绕，景观自然出众。 早餐虽然简单，典型的英式早餐，但是坐在殖民地风格的餐厅里，看着优美的风景，自然觉得一切都值得，而且值得多住几天，细细品味。 与餐厅的优雅装饰相反，房间呈帐篷样，有些简陋朴实。因为雨夜入住，平生第一次遭蚂蟥咬，受了一点惊吓。于是非常仔细地检查每一角落，消灭发现的每一个小虫，这或许就是入住生态旅馆的必然代价。 最有问题的是，离Nuwara Eliya极远。网上标注只有10多公里，那是空中直线距离。实际要开30多公里的山路，要花一个多小时。所以，如果不是要多住几天特别享受茶园风光，建议不要去住。”
