The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the bathrooms were also well maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Imantha at the reception was particularly friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

10/10! This was my second stay at Hotel Cassendra, and it was just as wonderful as the first. A special thank you to receptionist Dilrukshi for her warm, friendly service. I would happily stay here again.

Helpful staff, good location and a short walk to the lake. The room was a good size and the bed was huge and comfortable. Plus the shower has the hottest water in Sri Lanka! The internet signal can be a little inconsistent ok if your rooms are near reception but signal quality drops if your at the end of the hotel?

This was amongst the best places I had booked for myself and my mother on our month long trip in Sri Lanka! Mostly because of how attentive the staff was! Especially Tsurn, Imandha and Pahurm. I may have their spelling wrong, but these 3 gentlemen were a big reason why my stay here was amazing! Thank you so much!

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing with good views! That staff are very attentive especially Imandha, Kasun and Padham. The breakfast buffet is just the right amount and great tasting. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable room with great water pressure. Probably the best shower I've had in all of Sri Lanka The location is great. Close enough to walk to the city centre but still far enough away from the city noise Best part about this hotel though is the receptionist Dilrukshi. Very friendly, personable and genuine. Always greets you with a smile and asks about how you're doing in a non forced way, you can tell she actually cares about her guests. Thank you Dilrukshi and the rest of the staff. I look forward to coming back

I booked two nights , beautiful room ,friendly stay, morning breakfast is one of best, we no need for queue for the food which table service one of the best experience, chef Mr Selvakumar personally ask about the food they served, I would recommend more them 100% to stay here, I will visit again and wish very best for the staff who help me all throughout the stay. We had a great stay at Hotel Cassendra. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. A special thank you to Imantha for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and freshly prepared each morning. Highly recommend!
