“Overall everything was great! Wonderful little ‘tree house’ experience for a weekend getaway. Check-in was easy with good communication. Kitchen, living area, and bedroom area was all nice. Outdoor shower was exhilarating. Note, however, there are no closets to hang clothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary weekend!!”

“This place is a gem!!! We highly recommend this paradise and I want to go back already! Helen and Junior put so much hard work and love into this place and you can feel it! It was really clean and you have really everything (and so much more!) you need! For rainy days maybe DVD’s or board games or puzzles… did I mention books? And the outdoor games! -wow!!- the hot outside shower is so awesome to look into the wild while showering! And the view from the porch!!!! I can go on and go on… Check it...

“This cabin was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary! If you go to the mountains to soak up that clear mountain air and gaze at the mountain view then this is the place for you! We only left once to go into town for supplies. You feel like you're on top of the mountain (and you are) and you never want to come down. Great little cabin!!”

“Perfect cabin for two high up on the mountain for quiet and solitude. Setting is amazing! Everything that you need is available in the cabin plus a hot tub and very large deck with a screened in section complete with rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin and also exploring the town of Morganton, the Catawba River Greenway, and a local cider mill. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“Such a beautiful house that is surrounded with trees and has a mountain view. The house was a little confusing to get to since the gps directions are off, but the host was very nice and provided me with more information. My family and I really enjoyed the enclosed patio where our dog and toddler could run around with no issues.”
