“We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”
“After an initial booking problem, the hotel owner Mr Doğan and hotel manager Mr Açıkgöz did their best to accommodate us and provided an interim solution for the first night and two nice rooms for the second.
The hotel facilities are great for families and the private beach at the lake is perfect for a morning swim. Great sunset views for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Would come back again if we were to stay in Van.”
