A very beautiful hotel; everything is new and modern. The staff are very kind and polite, even though they don't speak a word of English. It is a bit difficult to reach using navigation apps, as the streets are narrow and congested. They have parking, which is very important in this area. The breakfast is generous and varied. I recommend it!

very nice people work room was very clean. I appreciate.

The hotel is a great place to stay The ride to airport was great as well; the car was really clean and Mohammed was excellent! See you next time.

All good

We had a good stay with my family at Karakoc hotel. They had a nice, polite and helpful staff and addressed our asks. Overall, highly recommend it!

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really like it. I strongly recommend it for long stays.

nice staff, very clean rooms, beautifull space specially swimingpool, spa, turkish bath which are free.

The staff were so kind. They immediately offered tea while we were in the lobby. They offered help and assistance with everything. Checkin was fast. They upgraded our room. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Air conditioner worked well. Only downside was it was buried deep in the shopping district so it was inconvenient driving to and from the hotel in the congested streets. Big bonus: They had a private parking lot right in front of the hotel.

So very nice . Staff were very friendly and nice. Just change the covers the rest is amazing.
