Enjoy summer break in a modern townhouse near the water in lovely North Vancouver.

Fully-furnished 1400 sq. ft. home on a quiet street, suitable for up to 6 people for a great vacation.

Lovely place located in highly-sought-after neighbourhood of Lower Lonsdale. Near cool shops, services, brew-pubs, restos, the Shipyards, Lonsdale Quay, and Seabus (make easy trips to downtown, Stanley Park, etc.). Near bike lanes, transit, parks, beaches, mountains, and hiking trails.

Home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and incredible rooftop patio with panoramic views of harbour and city skyline. High quality and designer finish throughout, featuring floating staircase.

Great property
Quiet, clean, comfortable property with all the amenities of home. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, micro breweries, shopping, and the Lonsdale Quay to name a few. Parks nearby for kids to play. Lovely rooftop patio. Short drive to anything else. Friendly, accommodating owner who was easy to get along with and ensured we had what we needed. I’d not hesitate staying again or recommending this property.

Great space as a base for Vancouver stay
It’s a new and spacious home for our group, being close to highway access and a few minutes to Lonsdale Quay. Steps away from a dozen hip micro breweries, and all the conveniences like Whole Foods just mins drive away. Also lots of nice dining options walking distance. The home is also next to lots of nice trails and the esplanade makes for a nice jog. Not to mention the very nice skyline/harbor view from the roof top with bbq and outdoor living set up. Importantly, very responsive host. Highly recommend!
