Bayeaux is also in easy reach by car.Both the owner and managing agent are extremely responsive and helpful.We visited in October so were not able to make use of the secluded garden area, but I think it would be very nice in the sunnier months. “The VRBO was the perfect place to stay for our visit to the Normandy beaches (a quick 20 min drive away). It was clean & spacious & in a great quiet town! The grocery store was a short walk across the street where we could stock up on necessities and inexpensive pastries! Only complaint was the flies (just due to the beautiful gardens in the courtyard).
