Lowkey looks like its been abandoned for years, everything looks so run down. The sink fell apart when I tried to use it lol. The bathroom door doesn't close because the door is too big. The bed and pillows were ok. The staff working there are really nice, and know about these issues but they can't do much about it. Overall, it was ok for the price I paid.

The staff were absolutely lovely and the room was gorgeous! Everything was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Thank you!

My wife used the fitness center. Maybe take a look at your equipment, especially the treadmills.

Great location and lots of restaurants and activities nearby. However, I had booked a king room a couple of months ago, but when we checked in, I was told they were sold out and so they offered a queen room with no other options. We still had to pay $25 for parking and he offered a drink to make up for it. Then, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the room and didn’t realize this until settled in and refrigerator wasn’t plugged in so we had to plug it in and wait for it to cool but had cold drinks we needed to put in it. We could have called and had them deal with it and bring more supplies, but when you are paying over$300/night you expect the room to be ready and functional.

Extremely clean. Curtious staff, very nice stay overall. Would definitely stay again if in area.
